This national recognition honors independent insurance agencies making meaningful contributions in their communities. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As part of the award, a $5,000 donation was made to our nonprofit partner, Caring for Kids, Inc. (CFK). Thanks to the incredible support of our community\u2014who helped us surpass 500 votes\u2014we unlocked the full $10,000 donation, doubling the impact! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The funds will support CFK\u2019s life-changing programs, including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>University tuition and vocational training through the Fostering Futures Fund<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Birth-parent and foster care services<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Behavioral-health support for youth across all stages<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Our campaign, \u201cBrightening Futures for Foster Youth,\u201d captured the attention and compassion of the community, earning over 1,000 votes. Every vote helped secure critical support for CFK\u2019s mission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Caring for Kids offers services from birth-parent support through adoption to behavioral-health care. With their new facility and expanded behavioral-health wing, they\u2019re more equipped than ever to serve families and youth in need. This funding will help young adults aging out of foster care pursue education, training, and brighter futures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At Oxford Risk, we\u2019re especially proud that our president also serves as the board president at CFK.
