Jim Kahoe
PresidentJim Kahoe is the President/Owner of Oxford Risk, LLC with over 20 years of experience in the Insurance Industry. His primary focus is on large commercial accounts working with Captive Insurance Companies. Jim also has experience in construction, manufacturing accounts, and small business insurance. Prior to starting Oxford Risk, he worked at a large regional insurance agency.
Jim has been married to his wife Sandy for over 25 years. Their two daughters Shannon and Erinn work in Education and Banking. The Kahoe family enjoys time together boating and jet skiing.

Julie Williams
Senior Client ManagerJulie has worked within the insurance industry for 20+ years. Julie started her career as an underwriter on the carrier side then moved to the agency side with vast knowledge in both Commercial and Personal Insurance. She also has her CISR and CIC designations.
Julie currently lives in Seville with her husband Bill, and they enjoy family time with their grandchildren and camping with their dog Chloe.
